I work to ensure that your goals are met!
Hours of Operation
I understand the beauty of working remotely, but I’m not naive to its very specific challenges. To ensure that I’m always responsive to your needs, my hours of operation allow seamless collaboration with Eastern Standard Time & Central Standard Time.
Confidentiality
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party.
Meetings
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. In the event that you need to change or cancel a scheduled meeting, I require 24-hour notice. In turn, I promise to honor our appointments in the same way and be on time as well.
Payment & Invoicing
All payments on service hours are paid upfront using Stripe. Invoices are sent electronically on the 1st of the month. All services are prepaid and work will commence once payment is received.
Refunds
When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. My commitment to you affects how I work with my other clients. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds on unused hours or allow unused hours to roll over.
Sharing Passwords
To safely exchange passwords, I use LastPass. I ask that my clients set up an account so that they can securely share their passwords with me. Please share passwords with: lindsay@lindsaybgarvin.com

All calls and emails will be returned within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday to Thursday).
That means I will:
Respond to e-mail and phone messages promptly
Follow-up with clients to ask for feedback
Make recommendations and offer solutions
Go the extra mile to make my clients happy
Turn Around Times
Project and task turnarounds vary depending on the specific requirements. I make an effort to handle all new projects and tasks within 48 hours of receiving the required information. We always inform you of when you can expect projects and tasks to be completed. If you make changes to the original task or project, the amount of time required to complete the project is subject to change.
Project Management Tools
I am happy to work with your PM tool if you’ve already established a routine (i.e. Basecamp, Asana, etc.). I will manage your project on my side with Clickup. If you do not have a project management tool, I will loop you into my Clickup.

1 | The Discovery Call
I want to learn where you are in your business. Where do you feel you’re succeeding and where do you feel you’re lacking support? This complimentary 30-minute session is the first step towards understanding your needs and assessing whether we are a good fit for one another.
Based on our discovery call, I will send you a custom proposal and suggest the right Online Business Management package for you. The proposal will include my rough insights, pinpoint potential projects and next-step recommendations.
2 | The Getting Down to Business Strategy Call
This one-time, 60-min strategic planning session with me is mandatory for all packages to kick off our working relationship.
This is your opportunity to lay it all on the table and let me know exactly which areas of your business you want to improve, how you think your team & projects can be better managed and what systems you want to put into place to make your business run smoothly. It is also my opportunity to evaluate your needs, your team & projects.
We are now a team. As a team, I want to identify what can be taken off your plate simply and effectively.
3 | The Audit
Suit up! This is where we get serious. During the first 90 days, I do a full audit of all your business’ processes. During the first two weeks, I look at files, procedures and strictly observe how your beautiful business operates. The absolute earliest any implementation will occur is two weeks after the Getting Down To Business Strategy Call.
This is a time to show me examples of how you operate, introduce me to staff and allow me to find my space.
4 | The first 90 days
I hone in on what makes your business flourish! I am also on the lookout for which sections need polishing, where money is wasted and which processes need implementation. I want to make sure your business is reaching its full potential and no tasks are missed.
During this time, I’ll fix immediate leaks and lay the foundations for future projects.
5 | Manage ongoing tasks
Once we have spent some time in the nitty-gritty of your business, I will help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These beautiful work-of-art documents map out exactly how to execute and automate routine tasks. The SOP is given to a staff member who takes that job off your plate so you can get back to the part of the business you love (or you can even book a vacation!). We can also discuss any further specific business needs!

My project and retainer packages are based on a combination of Online Business Management and Implementation, which can include the following:
